The day before the International Planning Inspiration Day we organise an industry deep dive focused on the life science industry. We will setup a very interactive program to share and discuss life science industry specific planning and forecasting topics and trends. We start in the afternoon and will foresee dinner and drinks. The program also allows for plenty of time to network with life science peers.
16h00 Interactive program covering industry specific challenges, where we discuss hands on experiences, best practices and key trends
20h00 Wrap Up and Drinks
Due to the digital transformation (sometimes coined as no-touch planning) new (groups of) functions are created with sexy names like analytics skunk work groups or data ninjas. Organizational challenges as how to attract and retain the correct staff, how to organize the analytics department and how to educate the remaining staff arise. The discussion focuses on how to prepare your organization for these (digital) changes.
Getting your inventory health under control
Despite efforts on KPI, dashboarding and MEIO the actual inventory does not seem to improve even though the projected stock is healthy. Find out effective strategies from theory and practice to get back in check.
Integrate industry specific constraints and requirements into your plan
Workarounds using Excel files. The most popular solution to deal with regulatory approvals, (minimum remaining) shelf life restrictions, process variants and lot restrictions. Can’t we do better?
