September 15, 2018, EyeOn invited customers with a passion for cycling for the second edition of the network-event ‘Cycling, the new golfing’. The group was welcomed with coffee in Oudenaarde, Belgium. During the coffee André Vriens, partner at EyeOn, connected supply chain with the world of cycling in a motivational speech.
After that, Johan Museeuw introduced himself to the group. With this former world champion and three times winner of both the Ronde van Vlaanderen and Paris-Roubaix as road captain, the participants discovered the beautiful surroundings of the Flemish Ardennes including the monumental climbs Oude Kwaremont, Patersberg and Koppenberg.
On their return, the participants enjoyed a nice plate of spaghetti bolognaise including a traditional ‘Flandrien’ beer. The fantastic weather, Johan Museeuw as road captain and the enthusiastic group of participants made this second edition of our network-event a great success.
