EyeOn Life Science Network Event
Supply chain analytics, portfolio segmentation and planning policy differentiation gained importance and interest over recent years, as a means to provide better service more efficiently. Research shows that two-thirds of today’s leading multinationals use quantitative analysis to improve forecast accuracy and efficiency in demand planning. Surprisingly, the use of similar segmentation and differentiation techniques for inventory management and supply plan are less commonly known & used.
In order to get a better understanding on these techniques and best practices, ‘Segmentation & differentiation in Demand, Inventory & Supply planning’ will be the central theme for the next Life Science Network Event. In a lively & enthusiastic discussion with peers in industry, EyeOn will introduce the subject and set the scene with a theoretical framework. Next, company cases will show how differentiation & segmentation techniques operate in practice and how these techniques are translated into policies and supply chain strategies for demand, inventory and supply planning.
The Life Science Network event will be organised at Croy Castle in Aarle-Rixtel, the Netherlands on Thursday November 10, 2016 from 9.00h – 17.00h.
Please save the date in your agenda and let us know if you will attend by contacting Kim van Broekhoven: email@example.com.
