EyeOn will develop project planning templates for Damen

For Damen Shipyards, EyeOn will develop project planning templates for all standard ship types per shipyard. The planning templates will be used to effectively manage each new project and ship to be built.

Based on the build strategy, project managers will plan and align all building activities with internal departments (engineering, procurement and logistics) and external parties to ensure that all activities are effectively planned, executed in due time and within budget.

In average more than 6000 activities need to scheduled and aligned  for each new project. The new project  templates will allow Damen Shipyard to plan and monitor progress and budget for all orders & projects in portfolio. 

The new planning roadmaps are a major step forward  in Damen Shipyards’ business control & operational planning.
