Coordinate, organize & control all logistical and administrative flows of pre-owned systems. Monitor, report and analyze manufacturing activities of all pre-owned systems.  

Focus on pre-owned systems auditing process (supply/demand allocation, manage plan changes, own protocol, coordinate information and sales planning, coordinate demand line, report & analyze KPI’s, maintain knowledge database). Improve audit planning and communication pre-owned systems. Integrate pre-owned systems planning in “normal” planning. Backlog audit  planning cleared. Improved audit planning and communication pre-owned systems, with clear timetable and roles and responsibilities.
