EyeOn Round table Project planning & control for shipbuilders
For companies that have to deliver complex customized vessels on time, effective planning and control enables them to meet the objectives of costs, quality and delivery on time. There are several challenges to be met for being able to have effective planning and control, if not only for the cross functional relations within the project. Alignment of actions, deadlines and activity dependencies are crucial for effective project control.
For discussing the opportunities to deal with these challenges, on Thursday May 11th, EyeOn will conduct the 5th round table Project Planning & Control for Shipbuilders on site at Thecla Bodewes Shipyards.
The agenda of the afternoon:
- Intro presentation about Thecla Bodewes Shipyards
- Planning & control at Thecla Bodewes Shipyards
- Discussion session: Getting the most out of your planning, having focus on your projects!
- Yard tour
In order to discuss and share learnings from the field, shipbuilders who deal with these challenges on daily basis are invited to join the round table. The round table is free-of-charge and will be held at Thecla Bodewes, Kampen on May 11th from 13:00 – 18:00. Dinner is served at 17:00.
