EyeOn embarked on a journey to implement an Integrated Business Management process at and together with frozen potato products and appetizer producer Lamb Weston Meijer. 

The focus is on three areas:

  1. Forecasting, Planning and Reporting excellence, by redesigning profitability and cost calculation methods and by setting up an Integrated Business Management process, lifting LWM business management processes to “best in class”, fitting strategic ambitions and creating an empowered future proof integrated organization.
  2. Best in class in forecasting, by improving the statistical forecasting models and by improving the demand planning processes
  3. Define true supply potential, analyzing inventories and the supply planning processes and organization in order to bring these to the next level
