EyeOn consultants combine multi-years of practical experience in their own discipline with a strong multi-disciplinary vision and approach. Every EyeOn consultant has line management experience and is able to work independently, creating an impact from the first discussions onwards.
Manageable results
We do not only generate concepts and ideas for improving planning processes, but also take the responsibility for implementing process changes and supportive ICT solutions. A perfectly designed process has no value if it is not operational. Implementation risks are managed from the earliest moment posible. EyeOn does not believe in large projects that span multiple years. We only work with projects that deliver tangible results in less then 100 days throughput time. All projects have measurable output, allowing for frequent go/no-go decisions.
