Upcoming Life Science Event: Sales and Operations Planning

On September 9th EyeOn will facilitate the second network round table for planning & control professionals in the Life Science industry. This event’s topic is Sales and Operations Planning.

As the network shares challenges and best practices, a multitude of planning topics such as Demand Planning, Operational Excellence, Inventory Management and Portfolio Management will come to the table.

 

A central function that forms the link between almost every planning function is Sales & Operations Planning. S&OP strives to align business targets, marketing & sales ambitions, supply chain possibilities and financial constraints into one feasible plan.
