EyeOn - Years Ahead

Based on the new research titled “From scenarios to budgets” we will, among others, address the following topics during the day; How do companies cope with uncertainty and risk in budgeting and forecasting? How do you assure that the annual plan remains an effective tool for resource allocation and managerial decision-making? In what way do you identify and mitigate business risk; which planning methods do you use? The research will reveal leading practices. We will then present a pragmatic approach to defining and adopting scenarios in financial planning.
